What are some pros and cons of dentures vs. implants?

Dentures are attached to a gum-colored base, held in place with either suction or an adhesive, and can replace an entire arch of missing teeth. While full dentures are more cost-effective and less invasive than dental implants, full dentures require more upkeep and maintenance. It is important to clean your dentures regularly so that your gums remain healthy and your dentures continue to look good as new. Factors such as your current oral health, location of missing arches or teeth, bone strength, and the long-term viability for dentures will determine whether or not dentures are the best treatment option for you.

How will my dentures be created?

After determining that dentures are the right option for you, our team will take several sets of dental impressions to serve as the mold for your dentures. The size and shape of the teeth for your denture will be custom-made in our own in-house lab so that the final product provides you with a perfect fit and bite. Our job is to ensure that the look, feel, and functionality of your new dentures are as natural as possible and that you receive your dentures in a timely manner.
